Pros
I love working at TB. The monthly bonus is achievable based on locations and they have events and competitions for sales employees. My team and I have at least all won 1 hand bag and other accessories. The discount is also amazing. This brand also have almost all kind of products you can sell so commissioned is a plus and very easy.
Cons
They don't have full time position for sales, only manager and key holder, which I never understand becasue if you want your sale persons to have a good customer base they would need to work more than 2 days a week. You will also have to work at least 40h a month to receive monthly bonus. I have full time employee took a week PTO and missed the monthly bonus.(While they still worked their heart for the other 3 months for the goal.)
