-x3 bonus, but still depends on how many remaining Vacation and Sick LEAVE and not performance.

Cons

- your bonus will depend on many remaining (credits) on your Vacation and Sick Leave. - TL and ATL, SICK told us that Leaves(SL) is not part of employee's benefits, so we don't have the right to use it by our will. (SL is not convertible) - the 4 horsemen will give every task even if the task is supposed to be handled by a higher NOC level. - during your rest day, you still need to be available/open and should be on track with your group chats.
