Good experience, but rushed training - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Total Spectrum Employee Review

Online training is nothing compared to what happens during sessions. It's all hypothetical until you're actually with a client. I felt like I was going in blindly on my first solo 1:1 session. I have been asking questions, but you can't put a script on a child. Home visits could be a good thing, but then it feels as if the parent is judging you or breathing down your neck while you're doing programs and trials. I had to do a session on a day that I had indicated I was unavailable because nobody else on my team was available.
