My tenure at tng has been overshadowed by the detrimental influence of its CEO and CHRO, both of whom have contributed to a toxic work environment and a pervasive sense of disillusionment among employees. The CEO's appointment appears to be rooted in personal connections rather than merit, leading to a leadership void characterized by fake personas, insecurity, and incompetence. Instead of taking accountability for their failures, the CEO consistently deflects blame onto others, creating a culture of scapegoating and mistrust. Equally concerning is the behavior of the CHRO, who serves as a mere puppet for the CEO's whims. Their lack of empathy and professionalism is evident in their cruel treatment of employees, with HR functioning as a conduit for their vindictiveness. Witnessing the CHRO openly swear with profanity-laden language, including the frequent use of expletives, is both shocking and indicative of a severe lack of respect for the workforce. The company's abysmally high attrition rate is a direct result of the toxic leadership and hostile work environment perpetuated by the CEO and CHRO. Instead of addressing underlying issues and fostering a culture of support and growth, they choose to gaslight departing employees and paint them as undesirable. In summary, tng is plagued by ineffective leadership, a dearth of integrity, and a culture of toxicity that erodes morale and productivity.
