Pros
Most of the customers are great and you build great relationships with them.
Cons
Pay is not competitive enough. We ask our team members to bust their butts every day for poor pay. It's a non stop run run run all day long. The amount of work asked to do daily is ridiculous. Tractor wants us to provide legendary customer service, which is hard to do when you have planograms, cleaning, recovery, blitz, truck, freight, load outs, chickens ect. When you run with 2 people how can you provide legendary customer service when you have task after task?
