Pros
It is good to get a discount on things that you have to buy. The benefits packages are good. The clients are very nice local people who look to you for help and advice. Most come back to thank you if you have helped them solve a problem. Does not stay open late, so you get home early.
Cons
I can only speak for my location. The Managers do not communicate with each other and work against each other so it becomes very stressful at times. They tend to talk poorly about employees to other employees creating a level of distrust throughout the building. I have not seen much support in training. In my location, you train yourself by asking questions as problems arise. You feel like you have been thrown out to the wolves.
