STAY FAR AWAY - TSE TradeRev Employee Review

TradeRev is a joke of a company. I have never seen such turnover within a single company. The “SLT” as they call themselves are far from leaders. There is absolutely no leadership in this company. Most of the DSM’s and RSD’s are a far cry away from being qualified for their positions. Going to TradeRev was the biggest mistake I have made so far in my career. I was happy to find something to be able to get out. The app is terrible and when you walk into a dealership and says you’re with TradeRev they will literally laugh at you and tell you how much they dislike the product.
