Don't walk, run from this company - Software Developer Tradeshift Employee Review

After so many layoffs this year, they didn't even give bonuses and salary increases to the ones that stayed and were forced to pick up more work. Last year's salary increase was already a joke. They accept everything from the client and our product became a mess. All I hear is pressure to do more work. I really don't know how this company is going to survive.
