      Nothing good from the experience.

      Cons

      Constant micromanagement, fake numbers, blatantly scamming employees time and efforts. The CTO is a terrible person, would make you pay from your own pocket in team outings/dinners xD

      Cons

      The company pay structure, lack of intermediate management, and inconsistent leadership make working at the company feel like a grind. After a few years with the company, most young hires are looking for better opportunities elsewhere that will pay more to their employees.
