no work life balance firing round is conducted on each friday no employee benifits no compensation for over time no appraisels don't keep their words for any benefit product has more than 10k prod bugs Most paid subscription has most bugs they report monthly revenue double of actual value, faking it No severance is paid to anyone dictatorship have no roadmap of product and marketing too much biases in salary of employees all parties are dutch no leaves provided on emergency basis, even if you have a lots in balance have no more funds

zero work life balance micro management at every thing very unstable and unstructured organizations if you had stable job work experience then coming here is Big No NO. hire and fire system even the visiting card printing money is paid by me personallying meeting on weekends and u expected to work on weekends working start time in 9.30 am and end time not fixed and some time work till 11 pm also. owner and management guys are very selfish and they don't care about the people , No humanity.

It was very good in the start. My reporting manager was really good.

Cons

Downsizing. Finance are not in place. They started a project and suddenly closed down and now everybody from hired in that particular roles have been fired.
