Stop paying cheap for a class 4 rail line!!!! Get air condition units in all motors and not just one! Stop spending $4 million on Rocks and track for a new yard. Focus on helping employees. Follow FRA rules the right way. Not sugar coat it when FRA comes knocking at the door. Your making $11 Million a month get with the program. Provide Power aid or Gator aid and not little packs of energy for drinks! Don’t force and employee to come in if the weather is extremely bad or the police or News is warning you to stay off the road!!! Your putting them at risk. Stop micro managing people and trying to fire them just because they are following your FRA and GCOR rules. Get your switchman and Brakeman trained and not just force them to Be a Conductor without a Conductor Card (FRA Rule since 2008!!!!) it’s Your name is being known as TGS (Training Good Slaves) instead of TransGlobal Solutions. Best advice to those joining its long hours and long days and nights. Schedule will be switch without notice and doesn’t follow rotation as stated on Job description as being flexible on hours. Barely no days off and only get paid 8 hours holiday pay if it’s a holiday instead of full 12 hours.
