0 respect, owner will yell at you during frustration and thinks he's right all the time. No structure in company, owner consistently changes policies and structure regularly. You will be micromanaged, you will have to report a do to list daily. Not a great environment, No growth opportunities, make sure to be on your own with training. Also, no job security.
