Decent pay, willing to train for positions

Rigid job positions with little to no room to grow, difficult to get a raise, 2% pay increase per year doesn't match inflation, owner is abrasive towards all employees, no creative minds in marketing department, managers are set in their ways, high pressure environment but in a toxic way, managers don't know how to ask for what they want. No office culture at all, very disconnected feeling among staff. Everyone is always miserable and scraping by.
