Pros
-Nice staff (HR, hiring staff, colleagues) -Nice building to work in - modern, nice bathrooms, free coffee -Free parking, although the walk can take you 5 or so minutes to your desk
Cons
-Pay and benefits below regional average; HR not completely clear on salary until you are given a verbal offer -Company is aware they have a captive audience and pay/benefits reflect this viewpoint -Too many employees seem to be afraid of losing their job -No work life balance - be prepared to work 10 hours or longer everyday
