Pros

Everyone APPEARS to be super nice, and trustworthy. DON'T BE FOOLED!

Cons

Everything they tell you is a lie. I thought I could out smart them but you can't because they continue to lie to your face. I caught them in about 3 lies and confronted them about it and the lied about lying! You can make money here if you don't mind stealing all your friends and families money but that's not me. They don't pay an hourly wage. They make you pay to apply, but mind you when I asked they said it was all free right until that second they wanted money. DON'T TRUST A WORD THEY SAY! I asked about the list of names they take and was promised by my mentor he'd only call 3 numbers, but instead he called half the list and then lied about it. They make money when they can recruit someone from YOUR list so it's in his interest to call. I asked him to call 1 person, and he didn't call that one, but called all these others. And lastly it's in your best interest to get your license asap. They did everything in their power to delay the process for me because they are making more money when making sales off your list which will happen as long as you don't have your license. All I can say to anyone with a heart is STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They have no soul.

Pros

good co-workers, friendly environment, nice office

Cons

have to pay for training which is around $400, and only get reimbursed $300 after very specific conditions are met. They want you to solicit to friends and family since they are less likely to ignore your sales pitch. classic pyramid scheme, they say you will get rich quick, but not if you are on the bottom of the pyramid. also, no benefits or base pay, it's all commission based.
