Management is clueless, and there are lots of them (e.g., directors, AVPs, etc.). Sales-led organization that doesn't really have any business management skills. Very political environment, especially if you want to get promoted. Definitely not based on merit. Company is still in the process of consolidating units, so layoffs are the norm. Feel sorry for those that are still employed there.
