Pros
This used to be the best place to work. It all started to change a few years ago with a string of inept actions by an ever changing and incompetent management structure.
Cons
Prescricslly everything is negative now. Employee morale is terribly low, nobody trusts management, and everyone wonders when their team will become completely obliterated. People spend more time worrying about job security rather than getting the job done. It doesn't matter if you are a stellar employee or a slacker. They are making random and nonsensical cuts.
