Pros
centrally located office in Amsterdam, free coffee, lunch (salad buffet daily, warm food from time to time) for 1 € per day, only young and dynamic people
Cons
TravelBird only recently fired about 200 employees. They might tell you they're a young and hip start up, but is a 5 year old company that just got rid of more than 25% of their workforce still a start up? All structures internally have changed, which was and is necessary but the start up feel is long gone. They heavily work with Interns and the staff turnover is super high. Most of the people only stay for one contract (7 months) to maybe little over a year. Only temporary contracts, better ask for it when going into the recruitment phase, as they might not tell you. Most benefits like company bike, free fruit and sports have been cut. It's just not the way it used to be, if you're looking for a company to work in longer and maybe grow your career in better think twice if you really want to join TravelBird...
