      Pros

      Where do i start...? Cheap lunch, free beers, low average age, cells not departments, amazing support, highly intelligent and creative company...immense amount of freedom and responsibility.

      Cons

      Processes lacking a little and need of stronger definition, desperate need of a stronger CRM and internal communication tool with the large size of the company.

      Pros

      Nice and central location in Amsterdam, young staff, flexible working hours and hip work environment. If you're looking for a a career change and have no idea of how tourism works this is the place to be. They give chances to people with a variety of backgrounds which makes the mix of people diverse but also leads to the cons...

      Cons

      A lot of people are very young and inexperienced. Most of them haven't got an education in tourism and/or sales, neither do the Managers. There is not much structure and most of the time you're sailing like a ship without a captain. It's by far not the cool and professional company it claims to be. If you're looking for a place to learn and grow your career go somewhere else.
