Pros
They are expanding by leaps and bounds and there is plenty of work to keep you busy, IF you can get along with management. 50% of the staff is consultant based which makes for an interesting environment. FTE positions are well taken care of, benefits are awesome, but getting an FTE is difficult.
Cons
They allow their consultants to hire and fire FTE's which doesn't seem fair. They have no stake in the company and only bring in their own or other consultants. If you "know" someone high up in the org, you are "safe and well protected"....the "good ole' boy network" is alive and well.
