      Pros

      I liked 12 hour shifts. Job was fine. Paycheck was nice.

      Cons

      Too much family working together. Permanent hires wear white shirts and new or temp employees wear gray and there are two different sets of rules for each. Supervisors talk about respect but it falls on deaf ears. White shirts walk away from line constantly for half hour each time. To me that is stealing from company. They are rude to you and I believe it's their goal to look for ways to ruin your day. Also, someone hired after me gets promoted to a dumper position possibly because daddy works there??

      People we work with, free cookies and wafles.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
