      Pros

      Large private label food company with all the big name retailers as customers. New CEO is focused on improving the top line. Colleagues at Oak Brook are really friendly and helpful. Procurement team is best in class with deep knowledge and experience. Summer hours on Fridays is a nice perk!

      Cons

      Treehouse is in a turnaround situation with some consolidation of offices and layoffs. Their goal is to centralize all key functions at Oak Brook. Treehouse has struggled to integrate the acquired companies like ConAgra Private Brands. Lot of legacy baggage! Sales and demand planning functions are not strategic and can never say no to any customer. S&OP is non existent and supply chain planning is very chaotic!

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
