Cons
Management does not help at all. They expect the supervisors and hourly to take on and take on and take on without giving them anything. They are just driving people away by helping the bad managers.. all the way up to HR MGR who offers 0 help! When asking for more compensation the response of no is a huge slap in the face, this makes everyone want to be a sub par employee. Management makes bad financial decisions which effect us all! Huge religion problem here, if you're not the same you get treated drastically different and are not backed. All corp cares about is getting their money, they don't care about all the HR issues here and won't touch them unless you make a huge stink. Hotline goes right back to the plant so its not helpful!
