Pros
Great culture, amazing people to work with for the most part, most co-workers have a very active lifestyle. When the weather is nice, the company goes on weekly bike rides after work, usually ending at a happy hour paid for by TT. The pay is alright, while the benefits are on par with some companies. PTO is pretty good too.
Cons
Some downsides of working at Trek Travel include: not much growth in terms of getting promoted or "moving up". This is a small company with not much room for upward mobility, if at all. The company only gives merit based raises, once a year, which basically means you have to ask and even if you ask it's not guaranteed to get a raise. There is this culture at Trek Travel of "give 110% and expect nothing in return", but this also depends on your specific manager and department. It's a great place to build your resume for a couple years and then move on, not a ton of people stick around for the long haul. Also it terms of technology, there are constant road blocks that get in the way of doing well at your job. Plainly put, Trek Travel is not up to standards with modern systems and technology and it gets in the way of people doing their jobs.
