Pay was decent, working from home was a nice benefit

Private equity (Lone View) killed the company culture. The CTO laid off my coworker so I spot quit a few weeks later once I had a new job lined up. They are rebuilding the platform using offshore development resources. I'm not sure why you would rebuild the wheel but that's what they've decided the operating expenses should go to. My manager discriminated against me during my time here so spot quitting was the easiest decision I've made in a long time Reviews older than 2024 should be disregarded, the corporate culture has changed immensely since then. I've talked to numerous people in different departments and roles and they all feel similarly. New management is not great and if I had worked here longer than I had I would have lost my mind. The CFO had stated that a valuation was not performed at this company and would not disclose that to investors. Surely they have performed that analysis and are intentionally withholding that information as it's advantageous to keep investors in the dark. Glad to be gone hopefully they will sell within a few years and pay out investors.
