Pros
I love the environment i love the Management team they go the extra mile its not like your typical. Marketing firm were its cut throat or if you dont meet the quota your fired they really work with you to help you meet your goals Ron is so awesome i remember i was having a bad day he stopped what he was doing to help me meet my quota i never worked with a company were the owner of the company that genuinely cares about your success. I been here for a month i had no sales prior sales experience the management team really worked with me to get me comfortable with the sales and marketing. Its a fun atmosphere everyone is always excited and really helping each other out we do friendly compitions every now and then which are really fun
Cons
I really dont have anything bad to say other than its always really cold in the office and they're really really honest so if you can't handle the truth then idk if you will make it.

Pros
Since I have been working here I have felt like an essential part of the team. The atmosphere and environment is amazing. There are so many opportunities for growth and advancement. They have team outings that are so much fun, and the culture of the business is very professional.
Trinity Management Group is full of everyday people that love other people. Everyone I met while working here were amazing to be around. Quinton was great about working with my school schedule and giving me the best possible opportunity to achieve. I was here as an intern, but I had the same responsibilities as everyone else. I truly felt that I learned more in my 3.5 months here than I have in all of my previous jobs combined.
Cons
You do have to start out in sales, so be prepared that it is tough for a few months if that isn't your end game goal. The idea is to focus on the possibility and opportunity of ownership that this job will create. I did a lot of driving, but the flexibility of the work schedule more than made up for that.
