Pros

They're good at lying and deceiving you into believing you'll be promoted and become a manager within 6 to 8 months, but it never happens. He promoted a guy named Travis about 2 months ago to Longview, TX with only two site supervisors to support his business, and not only did they quit because of the deception, but Travis had to return to the Duncanville location for retraining. This company brainwashes all of their employees into believing a dream that doesn't come to light. Ron also had a female working for him since day one, and she's been with him for nearly two years, and still hasn't managed her own company as of yet. This alone tells you that this company is a fraud. I've learned a lot about being lied to as well as not trusting everything that looks good from the outside. You will never have a life, and you'll watch his pockets grows while you struggle day to day trying to survive. Ron is not an honest man and he disguises himself by utilizing biblical verses. That's the "Wolf in sheeps clothing" as far as I see it. I worked very hard for this company, and my financial situation is worst than when I first started. Ron states that he has an open door policy, but it really means that you'll be stripped in front of your peers. Ron pretends to be that "Boss" we all dream of having, but if you have a bad day (personally) he'll say you need to reconsider working here, and I'm not the only person who has been persecuted emotionally, mentally, verballly, and spiritually. I DO NOT play with the Lord, and nor do I used His word in vain. You have to be desperate to work for a company such as this one, and at the time that I was hired, I truly was. Now that I know the truth about Ron, I will tell everyone that I can to stay away from Trinity Management Group. If you are reading this and would like to know more please don't hesitate to let me know, and I'll respond back to you here.

Cons

You work on weekends , you have to sacrifice your entire family and life completely, including your individuality. Trinity Management says you'll get paid hourly and commission which is not true. if you do not make four completed installs, then you only get paid hourly and God forbid you work under 40 hours, you also lose your gas bonus. So if you have a family to support, WELL FORGET IT, they too will starve!! Plus they keep your commission from your sales if it's under 4 installs. This is not a WIN WIN situation. Ron Harness, The manager at Trinity management group is a thief! This is his third go around in this industry and he has failed twice before, he likes to single you out in strip your character in front of everybody in the office, and turns around and says it's an impact to build everyone up!! Are you kidding me?? When I left the job I received nasty text messages personally from him that I can expose him on. This company by far has been the worst company I have ever worked for in my life, and I would encourage everyone to stay away from this company, by all means you're better off working for McDonalds. I also have references who have similar stories and they are willing to express it publicly as well.

Thank you for your feedback, Destiny. This is a management training program and I apologize that our level of holding you accountable to keep a positive attitude and maintaining the basic standards was too much for you. I do understand that everyone will not be successful in the major leagues but everybody wants to play. We do work hard and put a lot of hours into training and developing our managers no doubt that's required when you are training someone to run a marketing firm in a short time window of 6 to 8 months it does require a change in mindset and sacrifice and not everyone's lifestyle allows them to make that sacrifice. Our goal is to help individuals realize that they can change anything in life if they want to bad enough. My recommendation to you was that if you didn't change your outlook and attitude towards life and make changes within yourself, that your results wouldn't change. Destiny, I personally told you that you can't stay the same person you are and get to the place you want to go with a negative attitude and a poor mentality. I apologize if those words offended you but when you shared your goals with me, I had to be honest with you as my mentor was honest with me and let you know that your way of thinking and not being accountable for your own actions and blaming others for your results will get you nowhere. Your accusations regarding my character didn't merit a response but I will address your opinions about our business model. Our training program was not new to you. As you sought us out, you told me that our office is the third time that you have tried the process and you were ready to make the changes necessary to get to management. Any sacrifices that are made to grow into that manager role is by the choice of that individual, as our goal is to grow into a mangers role in a 6 to 8 month time window. It is true that everyone does not make that time window because it took me 11 months to do it myself. I also can't guarantee the success of any promotion as it is based on the individual and the team's personal efforts and dedication. I just set them up for success but I can't make anyone work harder if they choose not to. Requirements to be successful at what we do are three things: having a positive attitude, a great work ethic and a student mentality. The individuals that possess these characteristics experience the rapid growth and advancement they want. At Trinity we believe that those who work hard and do the best job at following the work rules should be rewarded with recognition, bonuses and promotion. And those that don't do the right things like showing up on time or compliantly representing our clients do not receive the same benefits and bonuses as the individuals that do. Our accountability gas bonus is received for showing up on time, working a full work week of 40 hours and following work rules. I don't believe that's too much to ask for from our managers in training. One of the benefits of our company is the flexibility. We offer college students, who are excited to begin their career in marketing before they graduate, a tailored internship that will allow them to work in the field of marketing while they complete school. Students can apply within 2 to 3 semesters of graduating and when they graduate they work full time. So the timeline for our "Earn While You Learn Program" is 1 1/2 - 2 years for college students and the girl you are referring to. I am not perfect and I don't think of myself better than anyone else. I am not ashamed of my faith and understand that persecution comes with the territory of my position. We did all we could for you providing you transportation when you had none, housing, opportunity, constructive criticism and positive affirmation and we still got no results or change from you. And I made the executive decision to remove your from the roster as you had began to negatively affect the attitudes of other team members and I didn't want to run the risk of you hurting anyone's opportunity or our relationships with our clients. Good luck with your future endeavors. I have no ill will towards you and I wish you well.

Thanks for your feedback. You're probably right, we do work harder than the average individuals but the people that do commit to the management training program and maximize their 40 hour work week, are generating the type of revenue they want and are experiencing the growth and development that they desire. I apologize that you couldn't achieve those goals through our company. Good Luck with your future endeavors.

Pros

I do not have any thing that is good to say about this company because it was so very disappointing.

Cons

There is just a lot of sad dishonesty going on in the company that it just makes me sick and feel bad for the people who actually believe in the company or think they will make it.
