Lots of changes, fear of job loss (due to sneaky layoffs), lack of recognition and internal teams don’t have a good system to work together and collaborate. Some systematic issues that are ongoing. Pretty top heavy so not much opportunity for promotions and growth. Huge budget cuts specially on the revenue side - for instance T&E was cut substantially (no client Christmas gifts, limited client spending) so it’s been challenging to grow client relationships. Also the some of the product team treats the rest of the company like task managers and it’s been challenging to find common ground with them and work together (they’re not really open to client or internal feedback, sometimes dont answer questions or provide much support). Not the case for everyone but definitely for some. There’s also not really any clear cut process/ workflow for development
