Pros

- Very nice and energetic personnel. - Management focuses on your personal and professional growth. - It is for a good cause.

Cons

Accurate job description: - Employee will need to drive for miles in order to get to where "event" is going to take place (sometimes you will have to relocate because the owner of the business where you were sent to does not want you there, so you will need to call management for them to start looking for another place for you). -The event: you'll set up a tent outside, sometimes under very (very) uncomfortable weather conditions, and stand up for 6.5+ hours trying to get donations from people passing by. - Sincerely, it is very hard to ask for donations in times of an economic recension. Since it is hard to receive donations, it is not very convenient for the employee to only get paid if someone donates (meaning that the job is commission based and there is no base salary whatsoever). - At times it feels like you're begging for donations, but do not worry, it is for a good cause. - When there is not so many people passing by the location you were sent to, you are expected to do "territory". Territory: walking in the parking lot of the location you were sent to, and other nearby areas, in order to ask for donations.
