DO NOT WORK HERE Abusive environment, they bully you into working overtime, they have you outside in harsh weather, they give false hopes and dreams so you can continue to make them money. The pay is horrible it runs on commission you get 30% of whatever you fundraise, They say they give a percentage to charity but come to find out the parent company keeps most of it. It’s a legal pyramid scheme. You spend more money on gas that you get paid in one week. The owner does not care about her employees and could care less what they go through, she only cares about the money they make her.
