Pros
- Great culture, people are extremely welcoming and you'll probably fall in love with how close-knit the whole company is - You get to work with different clients from different industries - You'll learn all the fundamentals of SEO (great for fresh graduates who are planning on becoming marketing strategists or SEO specialists)
Cons
- The salary isn't up to market standards anymore, especially with the workload you're asked to do every single day. - While salary increase programs are in place, you only get a chance after a year of your employment. - You need to learn new skills to actually get a chance at a salary increase. While this isn't a bad thing per se, salary increases should be performance-based instead. While learning new skills is always great, this kinda makes me feel like I'm spending my free time for the company too.
