Pros
Three years ago I would not have been able stop talking about all the pros. The people make the company, one of the best places I had ever worked. Fun environment, great learning opportunities and a company that that treats their staff like valuable employees. All gone now.
Cons
Staff threatened by HR with no bonuses if they don’t write positive reviews. Priorities of senior management are so far gone it’s unbelievable. If you don’t conform you’re out. Constant bullying and failing to address the needs of their staff. Several staff members signed off with depression and stress were told to get over it. Absolutely horrific work environment. They have taken a once fantastic company and tarnished the name. Anyone caught talking about the company negatively threatened with instant dismissal.
