There is a real sense of trust and encouragement from leadership, and it feels like everyone is moving in the same direction. It is a company that challenges you, but also gives you every opportunity to succeed.

      It is a fast paced environment with high expectations, but that is exactly what makes it so rewarding. The more you put in, the more you get out.

      Working for Soda has been a dream! Our corporate social responsibility and DE&I initiatives are unlike any other in the industry. I've been given clear outlines for career progression and I truly feel like the entire team is rooting for everyone's success. I'm so excited for our massive growth journey in the Los Angeles office and to continue working with the most exciting tech companies on the West Coast.

      The LA office is small, but this isn't really a con since it's such a tight-knit, personal team.
