Pros
TrustFlight has industry-leading software serving some of the largest aerospace companies in the world. With over 70,000 users and growing, TrustFlight's safety and efficiency solutions are well-regarded in within the industry. It's exciting work to position class-leading software into aviation, and I'm looking forward to growing my career with TrustFlight.
Cons
There aren't many cons, if at all, to list. Teams can oftentimes feel siloed into their specific domains, but that's an issue nearly every organization faces. Furthermore, having offices spread out in different geographies makes it more difficult to interact with colleagues outside of a work setting, but I understand that there are things that are being put in place to help with culture.
