Pros
Fun, quirky brand that users are passionate about Kind peers who tend to enjoy working together Decent size, not too big Mostly remote
Cons
Increasing alignment and merging with Fox in many orgs making things more bureaucratic. Incredibly poor track record on gender equality, especially in product and engineering. Boys club vibe in upper leadership, no female representation (despite gender discrimination lawsuits) Mixed messaging on RTO/remote from different org leaders is contributing to a culture of inequality and location bias. Unqualified leaders, many of whom were promoted in the early days, with no subject matter expertise outside of Tubi or Fox and no experience managing other leaders. Culture is toxic, with many leaders always out for themselves and not serving their teams or the company culture. There’s a lot of pointing fingers and’s escalation between leaders and ICs are collateral damage.
