Tufin used to be an amazing place to work. It is clichè, but it really was like a family. The founder and (former) CEO was the heart and soul of the company and established an amazing culture. My wife said I was the happiest she had ever seen me at a job, and I have worked for some excellent companies. Then they were acquired by a Private Equity company, and everything changed. The founder left, and the numbers people took over. Wave after wave of cuts to personnel, focus only on maximizing their return on their investment quickly, with little thought to long-term strategy, short-sighted elimination of people who were doing great things... very sad, really. They have an amazing product, too bad everything has been sacrificed in the name of short-term gain.
