IT Management, its the good old boys system back in action, were they hire there friends and get rid of quality people. You can work here for over 5 years and have certifications and over 8 years of experience in the IT field, but that doesn't mean a thing to them since to them IT is nothing more than a word and anyone can do it. Like having someone with a degree in ART as a Computer Tech. Or hiring satellite Tv guys that can't install printers on a PC. They have management that threaten to not give out pay raises since they didn't get there boss a Christmas present. That is the kind of people who are now running the IT department at Tulsa County. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR Tulsa County IT until the current Management is gone.
