Pros

Friendly people, great concept, snacks when in office

Cons

Just in the last 5 months there's been a lay-off, a restructuring of my entire role, we are no longer moving to IPO, both employee and Host benefits have been reduced, KPIs have been increased multiple times, we have basically gone full call-center, and now we have been informed we must return to office in September for 3 days a week at our cost. There is nothing, but taking from Turo's side with a constant demand for employees to give everything. I actually cry before clocking into work because I know I will be a punching bag for Turo's broken system.

Pros

Unfortunately, not many since the company has shifted priorities, post layoffs. Good work/life balance but depends on your role

Cons

Lack of employee development due to lack of bandwidth for leaders, new shift in performance management allows leaders to let employees go without development paths, there's a push to work harder and move faster creating a toxic work environment.
