This den of thieves bring NO redeeming value whatsoever

When landing any large deals, the management will strip away the account before you are compensated....or they will have you manage it until the lease is ready to renew and either force you to turn it over, or forced to quit. South/Central west coast market will always give large accounts to 1-2 preferred reps that force the others to quit. Fairness is not their game. As another poster mentioned that they will give you accounts to manage and cultivate, but never the sale. Sales managers are hiring inept, non industry sales reps that appear to be producing, however the sales managers are sandbagging the deals to turn over when the new hires come on board, Deals are handed to the new flavor of the month to make the branch manager bonus' look good on hiring decisions, There is no more $$$ is selling at UBEO as their floor pricing and lease rates are un-realistic in the field. Don't waste your time, you will be doing all the sales work needed just to keep your job, to find out that your account will be handed over before you see any commissionable profits.

Many people have a wealth of industry knowledge. Great people to work with.

Cons

Very competitive market. It is a non stop grind in sales with limited support and guidance from management.
