Nice pay and work life balance. Being part of the UN system gives the advantage of career growth. Good for academic growth as well.
Cons
Highly female biased. Qualifications does not matter if the candidate is having basic degree and is a female. Inefficient hands are thus a common feature here from to p to bottom.
