No say in what project you get put on, even to the point of it looking like certain more reliable members were nearly always put on the more tedious legacy projects.
If you perform well you are generally rewarded with being assigned as someone who rescues projects, while nice to be needed it generally means more stress and longer hours, time which I or anyone else was given back ever while I worked there.
Too much politics for my liking, promotions given to the wrong people at times leading to resentment in the teams.
No time for progression or self improvement.

Weird clothing rule about no shorts, but skirts and dresses are fine.. not sure if they realised how sexist that is.
Very negative attitude towards the staff that hand in their notice, from not inviting you to meetings to simply acting like you aren't there already
