      Work life balance is good. Perks are good. Good place for getting shop floor experience

      Cons

      Plant life is difficult considering the hazardous environment one is exposed to during work. Work practices not updated and new ideas and methods not given much encouragement

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      I wish I would have joined UPL sooner.
