      Pros

      Employee friendly and taking much care of employees and wards. Its great organization to work with. I have worked with Government and in corporates with aviation, textile, infra projects, petrochemicals, paper industry and now with agro-chemicals. I found to work with UPL is amazing .

      Cons

      As company is transforming, hence some basic issues w.r.t adaptability is there but its marginal and very nominal.

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      I was placed on real projects and had a great hands-on experience. The people were also friendly and willing to clarify any confusions.

      Some days were really slow with no real involvement in activities
