      Freshers are welcomed and if you need help , people are ready to help. Seniors leaders are also approachable. CTC is also comparatively good from others.

      Pros

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      I wish I would have joined UPL sooner.
