Pros
Great insurance paid for by them.
Cons
Literally everything else. They expect you to sacrifice your own well being and sometimes risk others while paying peanuts for the amount of expected labor. $10/hr to work at the rate of at least 1,000 packages an hour unloaded, weight ranging 0-70+lbs. Also your schedule is never set, it could be changed on a whim with no forgiveness if you have another job or other responsabilities Severely under maintained equipment that management tries to blame maintenance dept. for when only having 7 guys responsible for one of the largest HUBs in the nation that runs nearly 24/7/365 with over 200 truck bays in the facility and all the extendo's and conveyors that come with it. Managers constantly belittle and demean employees who don't keep up with absurdly high standards, worse yet they teach by example to all part time managers that this is not only okay but the "best" way to get employees to do what they demand. Also, considering the size of the facility and number of truck bays there is no HVAC of any kind. So in the summer the trailers hit 120 degrees easy, and in winter there can literally be snow getting into your trailer.
