Pros

Before you start working as an employee one has to undergo a month of training to enhance your knowledge and skills that would really help you with your job here especially if you're a fresh graduate and this would be your first job. So far I'm learning a lot from the training.

Cons

Even though you undergo into a month of training that doesn't mean that you will be hired. To be an employee you have to impress the management and do well with the training. It doesn't mean that if you qualify for the training you will be hired.

USource applies best practice to a global standard. We only want the best, the most motivated and professional staff. To maintain the highest quality work for our clients full-time positions will only be offered to the most capable individuals who undergo the 4 weeks training. The purpose of the 5th floor training room, where trainees are located, is to separate the newest staff from the more seasoned staff, who are on the 6th floor. Trainees are surrounded by a small number of staff who are quite new to USource (so they can learn more), as well as some senior managers to share their advice and expertise.
