Great culture, people work hard and support each other. As a developer I feel very comfortable asking my fellow devs for help. The management team is very supportive and open to change and innovating the process. Company is respectful of work-life balance. The biggest thing for me, as a developer is Unata is a company where the tech team has a big amount of input and effort is made to make sure things make sense from a technical perspective.

I think the only cons are cons that come from being part of a"startup" tech company that is growing quite quickly. In this context there are obviously going to be mistakes that get made, but in my experience at Unata, Management is eager to learn from mistakes and put in measures to improve upon how things were done in the past.

It's all about the people - a bunch of really smart, driven, and fun people that are working hard at sustaining our growth. Everyone is able to be a Subject Matter Expert, and our super supportive management team that gives us all of the tools and support you need to rock your job.
