Where do I even start? So every single last person in management you will deal with will want to scream at you in front of all of your coworkers just to assert their authority. Definitely the antithesis of a place that is healthy. Leadership has less than zero credibility. Every single last one of them will lie to you to further their own agenda. You can't trust a word that is said to you. Trust that your work will be discarded for no reasons. Obviously someone has a political agenda and more power to you, that's clearly the only way to achieve a promotion. Go stab someone in the back, good luck, god speed, I'm sure it will work out for you This place is fake and toxic. You can do better.
