Pros
-I get to work with a manager who has been in the business for many years and has a wealth of knowledge and is willing to share that with me. -I get to work on product and innovate material options for each footwear category. -I have been able to travel to various material shows as well as see production in Asia.
Cons
-I am one of few with a materials background. -There are many inexperienced or unqualified people in many positions. -There is a general lack of communication and accountability on a day to day basis.
