Pros
As a current employee, I've been with the company approaching four years - which is 8x longer than what I'm seeing in the previous reviews. From those years I've learned that: -Management takes the feedback from employees very seriously and takes action on it -At an entry level role you have the option to grow from within, you wont be stuck at the bottom while they hire elsewhere to fill roles above you -Management team will structure your job function based on your interests and is open to change your role to move you onto a successful path -The office space is very modern and fast-paced, management has even approved budgets to the teams to improve their individual spaces to create work environments that employees thrive in -management is completely present in meetings and allows more than enough time for open forum/feedback on how to manage expectations, tackle problems, and create fluid, thought-provoking dialogues -Great team thats encouraging and inspiring - especially for a digital team that spends little time together -Employees get to work in a real time environment, where the results of their projects/tasks come in in real time, there's no guessing on whether you're doing a great job or not
Cons
Since this is a digital team, there's not as much face time with every employee on a regular basis. Management does however plan company wide retreats where the team gets to spend time together annually which really helps bridge the gap.
